Is there a free version of Sendent?
Yes! Sendent is committed to the open-source community, and we offer a free version that allows everyone to connect their Outlook to Nextcloud. For the full Sendent experience, you may check out our paid plans.
Can I test Sendent before subscribing?
We offer a limited Sendent Premium trial to organizations who want to test our full list of features before committing to a paid subscription.
Which version of Outlook is required for Sendent?
Sendent is compatible with Microsoft Outlook 2013 for Windows and newer. We support both the 32-bit and 64-bit versions. We currently do not support Outlook for Web, Mac, iOS, and Android yet.
Why do I need Nextcloud?
Sendent does not store your data, but it still must be stored somewhere. We believe that Nextcloud is the best choice for privacy-conscious teams and organizations that want full control of their data.
We want our users to decide whether to store their data on-premises or via a trusted Nextcloud hosting provider. Other third-party hosting services present potential threats and risks that may affect the security and privacy of your organization.
Does Sendent work with Nextcloud Community?
Yes! Sendent works with both Nextcloud Enterprise and Nextcloud Community.
What is the minimum license requirement?
There is a minimum of 10 licenses required to use Sendent Basic, Sendent Professional, and Sendent Premium. The number of licenses can be lower than the number of people in your organization, but we highly recommend that you purchase licenses for all users to minimize the risk of data leaks.
Do you offer any discounted plans?
Sendent offers special prices for healthcare, education, and non-profit organizations. We also offer discounts for 2-year and 3-year subscriptions. Please contact us to explore your options.
