Can I make changes to my plan?
Yes, you can switch to a different plan and/or upgrade your number of users or contract duration at any time. We offer flexibility to meet your organization’s changing needs.
Is the Free plan just a free trial?
No. The Free plan is designed for individuals who want to experience the basic features of Sendent for Outlook without any cost. It’s perfect if you’re an occasional user not requiring extensive features. You can use it indefinitely, but please note it’s intended for personal use and isn’t licensed for commercial purposes.
Can I test Sendent for Outlook before subscribing?

How do the Standard and Plus plans compare to Basic, Professional, and Premium versions?
Standard and Plus are the new paid tiers for our brand new web add-in, while Basic, Professional, and Premium are the plans for our legacy VSTO add-in. Think of them as two separate products with different installations. But, as a bonus, Sendent for Outlook Standard/Plus subscribers get access to the VSTO add-in too!
