Configurations can differ in between organisations and from our experience, some additional support is needed for the initital set-up to improve your onboarding experience. We don’t think it’s fair to embed these costs in the yearly recurring subscription so that’s why we apply an initial set-up fee.
Yes it does! Although we know that setting it up for M365 is more standarized compared to on-premises installations. So, if you have Microsoft Exchange on-premises, please contact our support team first via support@sendent.com before placing your order, so we can discuss your set-up.
