Sendent license upgrades are currently limited to adjusting your subscription’s number of users and contract duration.
If you already own a Sendent license and wish to upgrade your subscription to accommodate more users or to extend your contract duration, please follow the instructions below.
1. Go to Sendent.com and sign in to your Sendent Account, denoted by the 👤 icon.
2. Navigate to Subscriptions and select the subscription you wish to upgrade.
3. Click on the “Switch subscription” button.
4. Choose a new user bundle or contract duration to update your subscription, and follow the checkout steps.
5. Your Sendent license has been upgraded.
If you wish to switch to a different plan (e.g. Basic to Professional or Premium), don’t hesitate to get in touch with info@sendent.com.
